宅建協会から宅建免許保有取引業者が受講する令和５年度の業務研修講習会の受講済証が送られてきました。令和４年の講習会は回数も受講時間数もとてつもなく多く時間を捻出するのに苦労しましたが、令和5年度の講習会は、令和4年度の講習会に比べれば、回数も、受講時間数も随分少なくてかなり楽でした。兎にも角にも、日本政府は民法、宅地建物取引業法を性急かつ適正に改正して日本全国の空家問題を解決する必要があると思います。日本の国は半世紀前と比べて激変していますから。

The number of seminars and hours of attendance in 2022 were extremely large, so I had a hard time finding the time, but compared to them in 2022, the number of seminars and hours of attendance in 2023 was much smaller. It was pretty easy. I think that the Japanese government needs to urgently and appropriately revise the civil law and Real estate business law to solve the problem of vacant houses across Japan. Japan has changed dramatically compared to half a century ago.
