Also, this spring I was able to help one couple set off on their journey. Having worked in the sales of used condominiums in Tokyo for a long time, I came back to Hannan City, Osaka Prefecture, where my parents live, and was surprised to find that there was a lot of land that could not be sold without changing the classification of land category. I am acutely aware of the need to accumulate the practical work of it more. This contract did not require any change in land type though.
